3 Weeks of Training: Complete :)

Running is sometimes therapeutic. Sometimes it is just what you need. And further, sometimes you need to run hard and kick your own butt. Tonight, that is what I needed. 4 miles in 34:30 - way faster than the 4 mile runs I have put in so far. Today also marks 3 weeks of training...I feel good about this progress.

So, tonight's run was good. I did not feel as into it as I did on Monday, but it was hot, and I was running harder than I have thus far in my training - I was pushing. On the run, I decided that I would use July as a base month. I am just going to slowly build up my miles through next week and then I will come up with a more structured plan. That means...10 more days of "base month" and then onto pushing harder in a structured manner. July is going to put me in the habit of running. August, September, and October are going to prepare me for my half marathon. So far, so good.
